Information technology fresher fills the form showing venue of the interview in the cyber city of gurugram (earlier gurgaon).
Now the classical short listing process starts where several stages of interviews are followed. The general sequence of interviewing process goes like this

Verbal------> Technical-------> Quant--------> Hr round-------->Manager interview 

After a candidate has crossed all these hurdles, he/she is given a job offer either online or offline.

but wait the candidate from north india (more likely NEW DELHI) has to go to south india (more likely BANGLORE) .
Bags are packed and candidate is ready to fly to banglore where he will be spending most of  his time on office desk, leaving all the fun times.

Simple psychology says if you are totally alone in a complete strange place, you are more likely to spend your time in a place where you go everyday which means "OFFICE"!!
companies tend to make you more profitable from the company point of view.

Now the candidate has given 6-7 months in the company. Its time for a perfect strategy to be implemented on the candidate. the candidate is now sent to foreign country for a week or so.

candidate goes abroad to give a CISCO exam where he /she has to qualify for the exam. Company do not provide the certificate to candidate,instead company shows that certificate in the market and flaunts for the quality pool of talent that company has.Company earns from the candidate and pays a little of it as a salary to candidate
